In the event of damage caused during shipping, or legitimate quality concerns with printing, please reach out with your order information and a picture of the received print and frame.

Once your claim is inspected and deemed a loss, a replacement will be sent. Due to the nature of the cowboy brand, to receive a replacement you will first need to send proof that the first print has been destroyed.
